Webster is the Chief Executive Officer of Code Virtus with 23 years of experience in software development. He has been involved in the project management and development of various software projects in Zimbabwe and Southern Africa. Webster oversees the local and regional operations of the business with an agenda and passion to identify means of improving the digital landscape.

Oneal is the Chief Technology Officer at Code Virtus. He is a customer-focused, highly organized and analytical software engineer with experience in the design, development, integration and delivery of web applications. Oneal is proficient in Angular as a front-end framework and has worked with both C# and Java as backend technologies. Oneal is also experienced in project management from the initial stages through the design/architecture work to delivering the completed product. Oneal is our Scrum Master.

Simba is a Software Systems Architect and Oracle Certified Professional Java 11 Developer with experience in the software development industry. He is a researcher in the field of advanced software systems to identify ways of improving day-to-day software solutions. He specializes in JVM languages which are Java, Scala, and Kotlin. With his experience, he has developed Payment platforms, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, Customized solutions for business cases, Value Added Services for Telecommunications Companies, Healthcare Systems, High volumes systems, and many more.

Fiona is the Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Lead at Code Virtus. She holds a BSc in Information Technology from Chinhoyi University of Technology, Zimbabwe. Fiona is a solutions-driven business analyst who uses analytical skills to create cost-effective solutions that meet business objectives within acceptable levels of risk. A creative thinker with strong analytical skills. She oversees business analysis and quality assurance for the company.

Natsai is the Sales and Marketing Lead at Code Virtus with over 5 years of experience spearheading digital and traditional marketing programs across various industries in Zimbabwe and abroad. She holds a BSc in Business Management and Marketing from Brunel University, United Kingdom and holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom. Natsai oversees the marketing and sales of the organization.

Michelle is the Accountant who oversees the financial and administrative side of the company. She is an articled clerk with MGI Chartered Accountants and she did ACCA with Premier Business School.
